NOVEL Ballantyne

This apartment complex is 5/5 stars and I’ve lived in 4 apartments the last 4 years. The other 1 Star reviews are from people who cannot follow directions or are isolated incidents that (should not) ruin their experience. Sarah, Kaitlyn, and Sharnetta are very responsive and receptive in the leasing office, and my maintenance issue got resolved the next morning when I put a request in late at night. This complex is full of mature & nice residents, I have not had any trouble with anyone being too loud, partying, etc etc. Additionally, I’m walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and the Ballantyne Bowl is a short drive. I will 100% be renewing my lease and will recommend to anyone looking for a spot!

Highly recommend NOVEL Ballentyne! The apartments and community are modern, clean and well maintained! The amenities are amazing. Management and staff were always responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with! The location is super convenient with easy access to shopping and dining, while the community itself feels safe, quiet, and comfortable. Great place to live!

Sarah and the team here are great to work with for a new apartment. They have a variety of floor plans and reasonable rent for being in Ballantyne. Plus you can walk to a few spots like sprouts!

My family and I lived in Novel for a little over a year, and we really enjoyed it. Novel has a friendly and always welcoming team, it's clean and cozy, safe, and has a pleasant atmosphere. However, our experience was spoiled by the deduction of a rather large sum of $700 from our deposit after we moved out.!!! We were given a settlement statement, and this amount was deducted from us for replacing the carpet. However, we were not provided with any further information, such as photos or videos of the damaged carpet. Overall, I would recommend Novel to my acquaintances, but I want them to be prepared for the fact that a considerable sum might be withheld from their deposit after they move out.

I had tried leaving a previous review but it was removed. I am a resident of Novel Ballantyne, and I would first like to encourage you to read actual reviews from real residents. Many of these reviews are people just saying that they enjoyed their tours, this place is not very big and hasn't been open for very long, there is no way there are 300+ reviews from real residents. I had a negative experience here. I would not call anything about Novel Ballantyne luxury. The units themselves are pretty nice looking, but definitely cheap materials and quirks - I was the first resident in my unit but there was a lot of permanent scuffing on floors, my kitchen island is installed crooked, etc. But, they are modern. The property is less nice. Common areas are not clean, carpets are stained and
