Since day one of stepping through the front door. I was greeted with a smile and it’s been nothing short of respectful. I met Anna, Marketing Rep. (lease staff) and she gave me a complete tour of the entire property commenting on every detail as we walked along the tour. She had an answer for every question without hesitation. NRD was running a promotion for new move ins so I benefited from this and had February rent free! How nice is this! Thank you! I met Hillary and Caley along the move in process and they greeted me with smiles, gratitude and any help they could provide. Todd the maintenance staff and Mike do a fine job, the interior property hallways get touch ups weekly and they respond immediately to any requests. I moved to Georgia with the intention of eventually buying a house. In the meantime I was thrilled to have found Nova River District. The apartments are beautifully designed and well-insulated, meaning low utilities and a quiet environment. Caley, Hillary and Anna in the office are friendly, professional and helpful. Todd and the maintenance team are responsive in a timely manner. The frequent community events are fun and a great way to meet neighbors. The apartment complex is located a short walk away from downtown and with easy access to the Rome area.

I recently signed a lease to rent an apartment here. The place is clean, the staff is professional, and I have no issues with the place or the staff. But I give them 1 star because during the signing, I was forced to sign up for rent reporting service, called Homebody. It is on me to cancel, or they keep charging me $14.95 a month. Unbelievable. New update to my review. Once again, I really like the staff. They are polite, helpful and enjoyable to work with. But the process keeps getting more and more difficult. So many documents to sign, apps to download and register, ... a never-ending stream of emails and documents. I bought houses much easier than this. I’ve been having trouble finding the best place for me in Rome, GA and Nova River District has surpassed my expectations! The first day I viewed the apartment online I received a call back immediately questioning when I would like to go in for a tour. After meeting Caley and touring the complex, I fell in love with the professionalism and looks of the building itself. Thanks Caley and the team for helping me find my dream apartment and meeting my every need!

Spoke to Anna, went on a tour and had a really awesome experience! She went gave me the run down of everything and it’s so nice and clean!
