Nova Ridge

I had a great experience touring at Nova Ridge ,Andrick was very friendly and on point with telling and showing me the unit I’m requesting to make my new home to live,other staff members was also friendly and greeted me with a big smile and,they all showed love and offered relaxing cool bottle of water while I awaited my turn to speak with Andrick,I pray I get this unit the area look so peaceful and family friendly.everything looks so peaceful and beautiful out here if there were more stars to give about this tour and the beautify of this Nova Ridge homes I’ll rate it a 10 star.

I lived at Nova Ridge Apartments and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. Maintenance issues were not addressed in a timely manner, and some repair requests seemed to go unresolved. It was frustrating having to follow up multiple times without seeing real action taken. The laundry facilities were also a major issue. Several of the machines did not work properly, even the dryers were out of service. This made something as basic as doing laundry unnecessarily difficult. The gym is very small and limited it only has about two or three machines, so it’s not really a functional fitness center. The dog park is another disappointment; it is not well maintained and is often dirty, which makes it unpleasant to use. Overall, I expected better upkeep and responsiveness for the price

I had the pleasure of living in Nova Ridge Multifamily in Charlotte, North Carolina for a few years, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The amenities were top-notch, and the apartment layout was well-designed, providing a comfortable and spacious living environment. What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional customer service from the staff. They were always available to address my concerns promptly and with a smile. Overall, I would highly recommend Nova Ridge Multifamily to anyone seeking a quality apartment in Charlotte.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The management of this community is a joke and lacks the ability to do their job- caring for their residents and maintaining a safe living environment. Not only did management cancel numerous work orders without any communication, leaving me with a moldy unusable dishwasher for 10 months, they have also failed to provide fire extinguishers that pass inspection (think 4 years out of inspection). They do not provide on their promises for things as simple as a correctly sized air filters, maintaining trash receptacles and mail area, or a functioning pool. Do NOT waste your time even looking at these apartments. These apartments are NOT safe to live in and management simply does care. My car has been broken into and we regularly have to call the police due to sus

It a nice place to live if your on a budget, the staff was nice and attentive. Not a bad place to live.
