Nova Quincy

My years here were super fantastic! The management team, especially Sofya and Ahmed, is incredibly responsive and helpful, making everything easy to go. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and made for a peaceful living experience :) It was the perfect first home as I started my career. I’m truly sad to relocate, but I’ll always remember my time here fondly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I lived at Nova Quincy Apartments for around 1.5 years after moving to the USA. After viewing multiple options, Nova Quincy stood out for its excellent value, cleanliness, and fantastic short-term lease option, which was ideal for my initial short term assignment. The furnished studio apartment was a lifesaver. It was move-in ready, cost-efficient, and saved me the tremendous hassle of buying and selling furniture. The entire property is very well-maintained, and I never encountered any major issues during my stay. When maintenance was needed, the team was always prompt and professional. Close to the MBTA and Amtrak, Helps with Boston commute, decent rent for the area, bunch of restaurants, and a garage to park in. Overall had really great experience with the move in too. Sofya has always been quick to response, and is always friendly. She even reminds me when I have packages (Which I honestly always forget)! From what I've toured, it's decent place for the price :)

I have now lived in this apartment for 4 months and I definitely enjoy living here. I was very excited to move in given that the apartments are brand new and of course the location which brings ease of access to public transport, restaurants, grocery stores (BJ's) and other services. However, there were complications in the beginning which come with any new buildings. We now have a reliable waste disposal, mail system, the ability to open the door for guests using an app (very convenient for me), gym and lounge. Appliances work fine and I haven't encountered any issues with the apartment itself (interior designs are beautiful). Management is great as well. I have lived at Nova Quincy for a year and have enjoyed my time and experience here. The location is very convenient with lots of restaurants nearby and close to the Red Line T station. The management is very helpful and responsive, maintenance requests are resolved promptly. Property managers are the best!
