Nova Property Management

Called and Kat picked up. I asked if I could speak to to the property manager she said “he’s not here”. I said when would be the best time to call she said “he’s not here”. I asked again when would be the best time “I don’t know” I said well you aren’t or much help and she giggled and hung up. Who would use a service where they don’t care and giggle about it

i called this company today and the rude lady who answered the phone hung up on me 5 times. STAY AWAY!

Terrible management company. Have retail space available but do not want "my kind" in there complex. Treated very rudely. Potential renters beware!!!!
