This complex used to be a decent place, but since management and ownership has changed, no one can say for sure if this will be a nice or not. So far they expect us to change how we pay our rent with only a 5 day notice. The existing manager has been so worried about his tenants because absolutely zero communication and pre planning has happened for his tenants and he was ripped away from his job a couple of years before he was due to retire with no explanation. The new management company knows nothing about the existing tenants, many of whom are extremely vulnerable, because they didn’t have the common courtesy to even have one meaningful conversation about us with the existing manager.
