Nova at Green Valley Apartments

The best apartment complex in Fairfield - hands down! My husband and I lived at Nova for two years (May 2023 – June 2025), and after touring many other options in the area, nothing came close to what Nova offers. The apartments are beautiful, brand new, and truly feel like luxury, with high-quality appliances and thoughtful finishes. The amenities are incredible: a stylish clubhouse, movie room, gaming room, spacious gym with a separate yoga studio, coffee machine, large pool with hot tub, a dog park, and plenty of grassy areas perfect for walking your pup (which you should definitely do, lol). We always felt safe living here. The gate was consistently closed and secure, and we never had any issues safety-wise. They also have security on-site at night, which gave us extra peace of mind.

First, let me start by saying the first couple of months were great, and then things started going downhill from there. One of the main reasons we chose to stay here was the fact that it is supposed to be a smoke-free community. This is not at all the case, as you will smell weed almost nightly, and when management does get complaints, all they do is send out a mass email informing everyone that the community is smoke-free, but they never actually do anything. In fact, anything that gets a complaint, double parking, sometimes triple parking in loading zones all night, animals relieving themselves in the hallways, and people not picking up after themselves all get a mass email. Nova at Green Valley is a great place to live, thanks to its amazing amenities and friendly staff. They have everything from a gym and valet trash service to a mailing room, and even more stuff I haven't tried out yet like the pool, hot tub, theater room, and game room. The units are also top notch. I’m renting the B3 unit and it’s well worth it. The people working here, Heather, Lashaundria, and Michelle, are super friendly and always ready to help. They make living here a lot more fun. It's a fantastic place to call home, offering both comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.

Let me just say, when I first moved in I adored this complex, the office staff was so professional and nice, the complex was kept to tip top shape, there was cleaning staff daily in every building…then… they sold the property. Now amenities that we loved and sold us on this place that made it different are gone. No more complimentary waters, no more towels in the gym, now I have dog pee stains outside my floor elevator and the grass is two feet long in some areas. They haven’t even taken down the blue move in mats from the elevators yet. I don’t want to be a “Karen” but the office staff is not well trained either, they can’t do anything unless the main manager is there. Words can’t express how thankful my girlfriend and I are for moving here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The amenities this place has to offer are amazing! If you were unsure about moving here I say just do it! Thank you Michelle for all your help, you’ve made it painless and easy! The kitchen is a big plus for us because we love food!
