Nova at East Park Village

I’ve had a great experience living at Nova at East Park Village. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The apartments are modern, spacious, and comfortable, and the amenities really make a difference, I just learn the pool is temperature regulated the gym is awesome and shared areas. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to help whenever something comes up. Parking is convenient, and the area feels safe and peaceful. It’s been a great place to call home, and I definitely recommend Nova at East Park Village to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Beautiful community. I’ve had a great experience living at Nova at East Park Village. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the management team is always friendly and helpful. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and I truly appreciate the excellent service.

We just moved in and the property is absolutely beautiful. From day one, Rob at the office has been amazing with us. We decided to switch apartments on our actual move in day, and he made the whole change feel effortless. He was patient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier to call this place home ❤️

Brand new apartment and maintained clean facility wide. There are stores/restaurants within walking distance and very close to 417. Additionally, staff members are friendly and helpful.
