over all management is terrible . you can have issues with your apartments that could be solved in a matter of 30 minutes and they won’t come tend to your needs till weeks later . over all had a pretty good experience with the old property manager who was here back when i first moved . seems like the new one is completely lost and doesn’t know how to get the complex together. strong smell in the halls. trash surrounding the buildings . and not to mention she has a nasty attitude even saw her taking a very aggressive approach with other tenants she has a nasty behavior . do not move in here not worth the hassle.

Great experience living here! Sharad is very professional and always helpful, and Kevin from maintenance is quick and efficient whenever something needs to be fixed. Really appreciate their hard work!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall 10/10 sharad was attentive and informative in the whole process and he helped expedite the move in with absolutely no flaws. Sharad and the Maintenance Manager Kevin work together to remedy problems quickly and effectively

New management as well as maintenance have been nothing but positive on my end !! Very attentive and respectful all around. Extremely polite and on top of all the things I have asked for or needed done to my home.

The property manager is the best she is always so nice and so welcoming to me and my family her personality is the best shes not afraid to say anything and thats what we need. I’ve been here since they opened if they get rid of her im breaking my lease
