Just came to my attention that these scandalous greed monsters charge a FEE to the tenant through WE the people. If you go out to eat or enjoy a movie they have out a “public improvement fee” that was not voted on by the people or a tax from Colorado Springs. It simply is a bully move by these cowards to force their tenants to force their customers to pay money up to their company like gangsters of a mafia. We paid .41 to have lunch at Red Lobster. Think about that. If 5000 people a day are going to the movies, Best Buy, restaurants, and more then that is over $60,000 a month these cold hearted fake Christians or should I say Pharisees are taking in. It’s an insult to the hard working people of this city. And they are just waiting to scoop up the houses on Powers to create more retail for

Took time off of work to view one of their properties, drove all the way out there and no one was there. The maintenance guys that were suppose to be there to show it to us, not even the agent himself, they told us not even to bother the electricity was bad in the house and that he wouldn't be out there till later this week. I know they have a nice office and they have been in the springs for years, but they seem really shady.

Still waiting for an answer to set up outside a construction site. We were chased off by a tenant. Thought we were on a public access road. So did the police officer. I hope during these trying times they allow us to set up our tiny hotdog cart. Beg corporate company. I’m thinking not. If allowed I will change my review.So they just got back with me. Terrible company. I would stay away from them. We are a very small company and our sales would not have effected anyone. Hope karma gets back at your company in a bad way. Most there reviews are terrible.

I parked in their garage at the Plaza for jury duty and was told my parking would be validated for a reduced rate. Upon leaving, I had to pay full price for parking, even though my parking was valdated by the court. When I called the property manager, I was told there was nothing they could do: as they, unlike the other parking strutures, do not support community/jurry service...Bottom line, save your money, and park elsewhere.

Run far far away from this leasing property. They have a fancy office and lots of Christian plaques in their office but they are nothing more than slum lords. You will have to pay to repair and replace anything upon moving in and they will come up with any excuse to NOT replace or repair things. Their answer is basically "deal with it or get out." DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
