Norwood Apartments

Within the last couple of months the onsite management has changed. New Maintenance and Property Manager both seem focused on providing us with better service and better overall living experience in our community. I am seeing the change already… smiling faces and professional personalities help me rest a little more easier than before.

My first time visiting the property an upon arrival I was greeted by Mr.Brandon who was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about the pricing and property, he understood my desires and budget, he told me about the special that was currently available which was a major plus, and provided me with all the information needed to apply. Even while sitting with Mr. Brandon it looked like the maintenance guy who came in an even acknowledged me with a smile and hello, it was super refreshing to come to a property after SEVERAL tours I’ve been on to come to Norwood apartments an experience amazing customer service, that alone has solidified my choice. Mr Brandon definitely deserves to be at this property and awesome community which at all cost feels like a cozy place to call home

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! I lived in this complex for a year, and it was a terrible experience from day one. The apartment was in poor condition: the flooring, which is just a sticker, was peeling off; the cabinet doors didn’t close properly; and there were cockroaches in the cabinets. The closet doors didn’t work, and the air conditioning was a joke—it didn’t cool or heat adequately, had water leaks, and by the end of my stay, I discovered it was full of mold. I have videos to prove it. The water pressure was awful. When they finally decided to “fix” it, they cut off the supply for three days without any prior notice, and shortly after, it failed again. Additionally, the complex is infested with cats, and it’s common to hear loud music late into the night during the week. Des

I lived there for almost two years. My lease was not renewed because I complained about mold, ceiling (popcorn) falling almost hitting my face while I slept. First apartment I moved in had mold all over. So they did move me but I went from paying 885 to over 1300 for a studio. Then when I did move they tried to charge me almost 3,000 dollars. After letting them know I will call the city, BB, a lawyer they finally said it was paid in full. I had so much anxiety from that place I had to get on meds while living there. I pray no one moves there. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Glad I can finally tell my story. Also, cats everywhere. The trash is awful and higher management does not care. They don't even live in GA.
