If you want cheap and being in a safe environment isn't a big deal for you, you can settle here. Parking is open, so you’ll see some homeless people hanging at the parking lot. My friend parked her car here for short period of time, her window got smashed, reported it to management but no respond until I went to the office. Didn't finished my lease, just stayed for 3.5 mos then they will charged you with tons of things, so ending i didn't get my deposit back and then i still have to pay them more. Ridiculous.

Updated: The building has issues and i recommend better pest control. However, Zayra is a great property manager and she is really nice. Decent place to live overall.

Office manager Zayra is always helpful. Going on 3 years here and she is always available by text or in person. Her and the maintenance team are always quick and professional- nice place to live.

Norwest Apartments. What a terrible experience do not live here if you like to be ignored by your landlord and management. Landlord did not respond to me for over 3 weeks when stove was not working. Additionally, the rules are insane. One little slip up and you are done. When doing there 6 month inspection they will barge into your home and open all the doors, so if you value your privacy DO NOT LIVE HERE. Rude, incompetent, and inflexible. Find a better apartment.

Live at Norwest for about 9 months in 2020. Rented and upstairs studio, then move to a downstairs studio. The complex seems to have a high turn over of tenants. Apartments definitely need some major upgrades, management can improve, never really had any maintenance issues. Both studios where kinda dark, so you will need to invest in some lights. Both studios had a musty smell, especially the second one in move in. One thing a will say this no matter how well you clean your apartment they will keep a good portion of your deposit. First time they keep $208 and the second time they keep $159, so my biggest advice is during your initial walkthrough write down every stain, scratch, bump, dent, dirt, dust, and any that looks dirty or damage.
