Northwood Villa

Great place !! It’s really quiet. The neighbors are extremely nice and respectful. Maintenance is sufficient . The weight room is good and clean . Shopping centers and convenient stores up the road . I’m a newcomer. No complaints from me thus far . A really great place to start fresh .

Management is a joke. This company mid whatever it is will not take the extra step to help residents that’s been paying on time every single month. Claiming it’s a company policy to not do this or that but won’t show proof that it is directly an employee policy to not waive anything. I personally work for a different company in the same field and it is in the property managers and regional managers power to waive a fee. They will nit pick you every single dime and penny you have so they could get every single dime and penny out of your pocket. If you’re a resident here I would think twice about being real good tenants to this property with how greedy they are. Good luck getting good residents coming back to this apartment property. Northwood Villa is a well-managed and comfortable place to live. The staff here are respectful and helpful, and the overall care provided is consistent and thoughtful. Lived here for 1 year only, my father has sustained an injury that requires 24/7 around the clock care. The management is great and Angela was very kind and understanding in my request to break my lease, as my dad needs me. They do their best to keep the place clean and good looking. Nice maintenance crew. Always enjoyed talking to them when they were around. DECENT place to live, I personally liked it a lot. I just don’t think it’s nice enough for them to be charging 1,300 bucks a month to stay here. The amenities are outdated and they don’t have visitors parking which is ridiculous considering the lot itself is pretty big. My buddies got towed and they only came over once in a while. If I could give this apartment a zero I would let me save you some time do not live here unless you want your car to be sitting in the parking lot and come outside to your car tire gone sitting on cement blocks and then the next week slashed and then you get a garage and it gets broken into and then management says your garage handles fine even though it’s broken they don’t care about you or anybody that lives here they preach community safety but they do not care. they do not have cameras and don’t care about what happens here because they don’t live here. I have asked why they don’t have cameras they said it’s too expensive but they have no problem raising rent every year.
