The place is not bad compared to other locations.I been here for 21years this October coming.

Great customer service skills, on time and well knowledgeable maintenance skills. My maintenance issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I love here and it’s been months that they keep saying they coming to fix our light switch , our bathroom sink and now my AC which we paying for separately all of the stuff here are broken they lock the back door of the laundry room back when they should in case of fire! We been calling, emailing and even texting Her (manager) on his personal phone telling her we need it fix but no response but quickly try to take us too court. Even her helper(the fixer) I even told him n he call her in front of me and she said tell them we coming over tomorrow and look where I’m at...no where they don’t care about us but quickly he’ll others with they stuff or problems

I’ve been at Northwood Gardens for about 5 years - Yolanda the building manager has been great. I’m happy living here
