Northwood Apartments

Its 2026. Patiently waiting to be transferred for along time ,to a 3 bedroom with my 3 kids and nothing.everytime they get a different manager that tells me something different.

Worst place to live in no one does shit they don’t do maintenance they disrespect the tenants and they are not a gd place

I wish I can give them NO stars , this place is roach infested , has black mold behind appliances, the maintenance people suck , they never fix nothing at all or finish work. They make it look good by remodeling & give it a day or two and the roaches will come out of hiding. The office turns the other cheek , you can call and call them about an issue and they don’t care!

I've been here for 4 years and it is horrible. My stove is broken and no one has even came to fix or look at it. My shower is a mess caulk is falling apart. The maintenance people here are not good and most of them don't even speak English at all. The office staff don't take their jobs seriously. The office is supposed to be open today til 12 and I can't even get in contact with them about my mailbox. I need a copy of my lease and can't get it cuz no one answers the phone! To be completely honest they should be investigated. There is mold in my bathroom as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

Just a little dumbfounded with how rude the people in the office are .. i called and spoke specifically to “cathy” asking about the status of my application as it has been a while and the last time i called last year they provided me with my application number/status… i stated that to cathy and she speaks over me “no they didn’t” very rudely …
