Any issues that have occurred have been taken care of the same day which is so awesome compared to places that take WEEKS! I am writing to share a critical account of my six-year experience with Northwest Property Management, who oversaw two of my rental properties in Salem. Throughout our engagement, their management practices proved consistently subpar, demonstrating significant negligence and a fundamental breach of our agreement. My contract stipulated regular property inspections, yet these were rarely, if ever, conducted. This became acutely problematic earlier this year when a severe water damage incident occurred at one property. I love Northwest, Michelle has been an excellent property manager! She is very kind and responsive, things are taken care of in a timely manner. I will greatly miss this company as my property management company.

Northwest Property Management is very reliable and on top of any issues that occur . They are very nice company to rent from . I recommend them highly. Been them for almost 4 years and will continue to do so .

My husband and I put a deposit on a rental. In the timeframe it took for us to move in he decided he wanted to take things to the next level with his mistress. Even though both our names were on the deposit check they honored his wish to remove my name from the lease and their solution was to offer me another available rental. Best part was it was a 1bed 1bath in a lower income neighbor and my husband's rental was in West Salem. Felt like a slap in face.
