I loved living here! The spacious closet was my favorite! They’re pet friendly which was very important to me. Tim and Judy are extremely nice and helpful. The maintenance guy was amazing. Fixed anything really quickly. I love that they always left a note before and after leaving the apartment. Truly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite nice apartment.

I lived here for few months with my family but had the best time here. Tim, Judy, and Ezra are the nicest people. They have helped us a lot, especially during a winter storm. Loved their townhouses and apartments. Everything is so well managed.

I went to this place to seeking A 1 Bedroom Apartment, I spoke with Tim, who by the way felt the need to inform me that there are Section 8 Voucher Holders that can't pay 10 Dollars Rent. I overlooked that part because it DIDN'T apply to me, the part I refused to overlook was when he clearly told me that yes the Complex did have a few Section 8 Tenants. He then went on to tell me the only way they accepted Section 8 Voucher Holders is IF they pay 300 Deposit. I thought fair enough but then he goes on to tell me that I MUST pay First A Month of Rent 640 or 690 Down Stairs. Oh and get this before the Housing Choice Voucher Expires magically he could go ahead and set me up on HUD if I'd like, so I'll only have to pay my Portion of the Rent from then on. If your moving to Nacogdoches and are looking to find a home to rent. Look no further than Northview Condominiums. I truly enjoyed living there, I loved my apartment, I fell in love with the design of it , as any woman loves alot of closet and storage space. Enjoyed the spacious living room and the breakfast bar feature was awesome! Large rooms, great view from the balcony, and quiet neighbors. Their location is prime for accessing any shopping or entertainment. Walking distance to many places, including the amazing trails of Nacogdoches. The management is always available for any concerns, friendly and courteous. One day, I plan to move back to Nacogdoches, and when I do I will be heartbroken if all their apartments are rented. The apartments are great, tenants are friendly, management is always available. If you have a maintenance problem, no worries, they'll have it fixed ASAP! I was so pleased with NorthView for the 2 years I was there. Thanks for the Great service ya'll.
