Being a prior title escrow/supervisor myself, I'm a hard sell when it comes to service in any industry, especially title and mortgage. After working 49 years in both, I feel I've earned the right to a critical assessment. I couldn't be more pleased with both the staff and services at Nac Community Title! I know I can rely on their efficiency, superior product knowledge, team effort attitude, quick responses to communication and professional results when dealing with the ever demanding world of title and mortgage industries. I have a huge sigh of relief when I know Christie Deckard and her staff at Community Title Nacogdoches are the escrow agents listed on a contract!!!

Condescending and arrogant is the best way to explain the two employees I met here. I walked in after working all day with my daughter who was dirty from playing. (SO I LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING IM NOT, IM SURE) Had a question about finding out who owns minerals for a 200,000 property I'm purchasing. Was met with utter rudeness and a high nose. Go somewhere else. Little did they know, because they kept shutting me down, I would have paid 3k on the spot for a full title search in a heartbeat to get the info i needed quickly. Instead of being polite and explaining to me what services they offer, I was met with questions and a high brow, UGH, Hard for me to stand by while people are treated this way....SMH. Rant Over.

Community title is a fantastic place to get your title work done. Pretty fair prices, but in the back of your mind you know that it was done right. That's worth almost any amount of money when you're buying land.

A great Title Company! They are efficient, knowledgable and always professional. With every closing here they never disappoint. I Highly recommend them.
