Northview Apartments in Sartell, MN

Looks like low-income apartments ever since the property manager changed. Terrible upkeep inside the buildings. Very, very sad how such great apartments look like Section 8 housing.

I lived here for over three years and the experience got noticeably worse over time. When I first moved in, I actually liked the building; the first manager, Kate, was great and communicated well. After she left, management became unresponsive and things went downhill. The call box/buzzer was broken for 9 months by the time I moved out and was still broken when I left, even though we kept being told it would be fixed. In the winter, there was dog pee and poop all over the snow near the entrances and it rarely got cleaned. There were also constant dog barking issues and no real response to complaints about the noise. Rent went from about $1,200 to $1,500 for month-to-month lease during my time there, with no improvements to justify the increase. And when we moved out, they tried to charge

North View Apartments is a great place – always clean, well-maintained, and the central air keeps things comfortable. I’ve worked with Tessa, the property manager, and she’s always a pleasure. She’s responsive, friendly, and really makes sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear she takes pride in the property, and it shows in how well everything is kept up. Definitely a place worth considering!

Moved here in 2022 and it’s been a great experience. Only moving because our family is getting bigger. Maintenance comes in a timely manner, management responds to questions/concerns right away. The property is always well kept, nice quiet neighbors, plenty of parking. Would highly recommend!
