Clean, large entryway, and inviting seating areas. The elevator is large enough for 8 people-roomy and clean. Halls are bright, clean, and smell good. Apt is newer, nice layout with an island, and large windows.

Heritage Village apartments is an excellent place to live! Alyssa in the office was very nice and helped me feel very welcome. She made this process a great experience. The apartments and common areas are very nice and clean. The grounds are safe and feel like home. I am glad to have made the decision to move here. I love the surrounding sartell area too. It's a win in my book!

Our family has loved this apartment!! Not only is the building quiet and clean, but the apartment manager, Alyssa, is so friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable since the moment we got here! They are easy to get ahold of and the maintenance also does an amazing job shoveling/ snow blowing through the snow, making it easy to get places in the winter without lifting a finger!

Out of all of the apartments I have lived in, this by far has been the best apartment to live in. Very clean and the team at the heritage was great with communication. Naomi is amazing!!!!! I am really sad to be leaving the heritage it really felt like home.

Moved a couple of months ago and we have loved every second of living here! The community buildings and grounds are always kept clean and orderly; management is always very helpful, friendly and understanding; the apartments are modern and spacious without breaking your wallet; and the area is safe and quiet. Repairs, whether to the grounds, parking lot, water heaters or apartments, are always done in a timely and efficient manner. This community is definitely a great one to call home!
