I have worked close with Rachel Benton and Emily Meeks and they have been very easy to work with and made this process absolutely stress free. Communication is top notch throughout the entire process, I would use Rachel and the Northstar team again and again. If you’re on the fence about which mortgage lenders to work with use them! It’s more of a family environment rather than just another customer.

I love me some Judy Reese. She put the well with the done. Judy and her team works hard to make sure all areas were being completed to get us our loan and our new house on our new anniversary date of August the 5th. We owe it all to Judy, her team, and my realtor Pamela to make my/our dream of owning come true. When were originally pre-approved for a loan through another company (veterans united) to purchase our dream home. We started the home buying process and about 2 weeks before closing they pulled the rug from out under us. Saying because my husband didnt have a year left in the Army and wasn't retired they couldn't fund our loan. We were distraught and broken. I called Rebekah Wagers and she immediately went to work for us. She assured us she would get this done. From the moment I got off the phone with her she went to work and sure enough we were able to close on our dream home without any more issues. Thank you Rebekah and Northstar for saving our loan!!

We were forced to go with Northstar Lending for our home purchase and it was a nightmare. Nobody in the office seems to communicate with each other as you’ll be getting constant emails asking for the same thing from 3 different people. They told us we had submitted everything properly, until 3 days before close we needed something else that was not communicated to us and pushed our closing back. Not to mention, a month after closing, they are still emailing us asking for paperwork to be submitted after our file was already closed. They made our already stressful process worse. 0 stars.

I was blessed in my home buying process I had the best lender anyone could pray for. Clayton Tyrel goes above and beyond for his applicants. He sought out resources such as down payment assistance to make my dream of homeownership a reality. He walked me through each step of the process and explained everything to me in great detail. I can honestly say God used him to bless me and my family. He sent me nlinks to help me get required documents he took his time and really explained evrything to me being as a first time home buyer.
