Northstar Apartments

DO NOT RENT AT THESE APTS Absolutely worst apt complex, apt manager wife and husband that work property nothing ever gets fixed problems ,questions, concerns never heard .No maintenance personnel. Water seeps through floor boards, Property gets flooded real bad .notices get sent out for pest control that never show up .Dishwasher, refrigerator nothing works properly. POOL is always closed due to no maintenance, stray dogs roaming around property, But they are good at HARRASSING you about Rent .And extremely good at leaving early everyday. THE most Rude Christians I've ever met .Just drive around property you'll see for yourself.

I don’t recommend this apartment to anyone. Manager Diana charges extra for any little thing that doesn’t need to be over charged for. Rent goes higher for an apartment that needs a lot of work to be done! Lived there for 2 years and went through so many maintenance guys. Also the pool is always closed and needs to be cleaned. Flooding was really bad there and could reach your front door. The trash is always full and would reach to our apartment. And I had neighbors that were really bad with fighting and manager didn’t do anything about it for 2 years. Also had neighbors in the front that would be looking at everything we would do and spread rumors. Something needs to be done. North Star Apartment is trash!

Worst place to live. They don't take care of their tenants at all. It floods all the time, and the manager doesn't care about your needs in the apartment. DO NOT RENT HERE. They raise the rent every year , and the rent is too high for the apartments to look like trash. They don't maintain the apartment like they should. The trash is always full, and they go through so many maintenance 🙄. Nasty place to live, it looks like the ghetto.

The 👃 damn Apartment Manager EVER!! she needs to be replaced with someone that is truly going to do their job not being rude and spreading rumors about all the tenants behind there backs.

IF U SUFFER FROM PTSD, ANXIETY THIS IS NOT PLACE TO LIVE NO SLEEP WHATSOEVER IN ONLY 1 MONTH EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE NEIGHBORS DON'T RESPECT OTHER TENANTS PRIVACY SO IN REALITY U GOTTA B A SNITCH 24/7 NOT TO MENTION I HAD TO CLEAN THE APT MYSELF AMONG OTHER ISSUES IN APT LIKE MOLD I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APT FOR HEAVY SLEEPER ONLY
