Casitas Los Olmos

I’ve lived here for 3 years and never have I had any issues until the new manager Mary got here. All she does is bang on doors and scream at everyone for stuff that doesn’t matter. I DO NOT recommend anyone to live here at Casitas Los Olmos. Nothing gets worked on the way it should. I’ve had mold and water in my apartment for ever. My kids have fallen several times and still like that nothing gets done. You bring it to the managers attention and she comes to my apartment yelling and smirking at you.

This community has been an amazing place to live. There are always little events being hosted which makes it feel very welcoming and inclusive. Mary was super helpful in helping my fiancé and I when we were applying. I feel comfortable going to her with any questions, Mary is super friendly!

We had moved from Colorado and have been greatly enjoying our new apartment here in Texas. Mary has been tremendously helpful in the moving in process and always friendly; willing to answer any questions we have. Peaceful community, has been a perfect place to call home!

I’ve been at my apartment since the construction wasn’t even done. I love my community but I’ve been through more than 5 property managers and two property companies and multiple maintenance personal. They don’t want to replace my appliances in my “energy efficient” apartment. Ask us to purchase our own, can’t keep track of maintenance requests because they change so often.. now we have a new manager “again” who is asking us to get rid of all our kids bikes, scooters, plants, wind chimes.. you name it she wants it gone! Now I posted a pic of our notice but no where in our lease does it say we can’t have these items. Except for no bbq pits, and digging on the grounds to place stuff. So we follow that, and we had till Friday. Today she’s removing our personal stuff! In this photo it is not i

I’m enjoying my apartment. It was an easy and fast move in. The manager, Mary was very helpful and it was an easy process. Very nice ppl here. Glad to make it my new home.
