Kc the manager has been incredibly quick to help me with any need I have had. He's very kind.

These are the worst apartments in the Lake Oswego, Rivergrove, Lake Grove area. This place is very outdated with no upgrades due to the cheap owner. Non insulated walls and single pain windows lead to a very hot studio in the summers, freezing in the winters and hearing every car 24/7 if the unit is on State St. The rent includes nothing. The manager is a self centered manipulative controlling person that rarely ever follows up with maintenance issues. This is definitely a place to avoid and a sad representation of a beautiful community!

this was my first time renting on my own. It was such a friendly and smooth experience.The couple of times i needed to have maintenance done for minor things it was taken care of in a timely manner. So sad to leave this place :( (adding to my family and need a bigger place) overall place was quiet, comfortable, clean, charming and homey. location is **amazing** i mean you're in DT Lake Oswego the neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by a handful of parks like George Rodgers, Foot hills and Tyrone creek half a mile away (must check out) But stop is right across the street line 35 and 36 takes you right into downtown no more than a 20 min ride. restaurants, Safeway, market of choice, all less than a half mile walk. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Was clean and easy to find. Never had to adjust to the location as everything was right within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend walking down to the movie theatre and catching a film and a bite to eat. Not many places have both right ontop of the lake, plus the food is outstanding. Also right across the street you have a ton of convenience with access to Coffee, market, restaurants, hardware store, etc. Seriously it's a great location with almost anything you could need within 1 to 2 blocks.

Clean and centraly located to walking trails stores and parks. Older built apartments with great neighbors.
