Northshore Apartments

I stayed with a friend at Northshore this weekend and all I can say is wow! Seeing how the staff interact with residents is amazing. The atmosphere is so refreshing!! The amenities are unlike any other apartment complex I’ve seen. When I move down the Austin this will be my next home for sure!! 🙌 Well done Northshore!

I lived here for a year, and the experience was nothing like what you’d expect from a so-called luxury building. The egos on parts of the staff are out of control. From the day I moved in, I was treated with suspicion rather than professionalism. On move-in day, I was accused of vaping because of a faulty smoke detector instead of staff taking responsibility for a building issue. That set the tone for how residents are handled here. There is a serious culture problem in this building. Management and front desk staff appear to operate from an ideological/wokeness, compliance-first mindset rather than a service-oriented one. The environment feels shaped by rigid DEI-style corporate thinking, where assumptions are made about residents and dissent or individuality is not handled well. There

I love living at Northshore! The location, units, and amenities are great, but what really puts this property above others is the amazing concierge (specifically James, Anthony, and Nate!), leasing, and maintenance staff. Communication is always prompt and work orders are completed quickly (shoutout to Julian!). I definitely feel valued as resident!

I had an amazing experience living in this building, and a huge part of that is thanks to Anthony and Nate at the front desk. They are truly the heart of the community. Every day, they greeted residents with genuine warmth and professionalism. Whether it was helping with packages, answering questions, or just brightening my day on my way in and out, they were consistently thoughtful and dependable. I recently moved into Northshore and already love this community so much! The maintenance team has an impressively quick response and resolution time, and I’ve had the pleasure of having Israel as my technician twice since moving in. Israel is humble, kind, and incredibly efficient. He always goes above and beyond — resolving issues quickly, explaining what he’s doing, and making sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. Thanks to him, we’ve been able to enjoy a very comfortable and well-maintained living environment.
