Northridge Crossing Apartments

I lived here for about 9 years and it was good until it wasn’t. There new staff was very racist stopped my kid while walking in the neighborhood and questioned if she lived there because she was with a black boy and told her she couldn’t be by the office. They raised the rent every chance they could without doing any requested repairs or upgrades. And they worked very hard to get me out for no reason just so they could skyrocket the cost of rent. Very evil spirited people and a terrible place to live

First off, I want to say the office ladies are wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. However, there are recurring issues with the corporate office (Drucker & Falk). One month they took my rent twice, and then told me they had no way to refund it because everyone who can do that was on vacation(?). A few months ago, they didn't take my autodraft at all, then said they cannot draft it, so I paid manually. This month, they took $500 extra, and then when I inquired I was informed that I had gone to a month-to-month lease--despite signing a new lease in July. I am still waiting on a response from corporate regarding that. I know a bot will respond to this review asking me to call the Customer Cares line, which I already have. If i could i will give 0 star . Dear fellas; before you take rent froth this property make sure you read this - i was there for 4 year and this property i dont know how long ago it was built. Any maintenance you want they wont give you so easily. And this year April 2025 i moved out from here and they charged-me $2489.51 . Your guys will decide if you want to move in here with that kind of damage what they can do . All the equipment on that property are old when new tenants come they just paint the wall and little clen the rugs but that rugs 10-15 year old and i was there for 4 year and i ask them to deep clean for car wash they never did it. Anyway you will decide if you want to move in or move out 😒

Trying to communicate with Northridge has been a nightmare. I don’t know how anyone can possibly move in here, and for anyone looking, I advise you to not waste your time with this complex. I toured this complex well over a month ago & enjoyed it. But after my tour I spent about a week of trying to get in contact with a few questions before applying. Regardless I needed to move, so I regrettably ended up applying that weekend. Their poor communication also bleeds into their website. I tried to go into the office for clarification soon after they opened that Tuesday, to which a worker told me no one was there yet. Poor ethics as well as poor response time and consistency. Senselessly spent 320$ on an application for someone seemingly no older than 18 to look at my application and tell me im missing information that i double checked was indeed there, to then subsequently me being ignored.
