Northridge Apartments & Twnhss

By the time you pay for baseboard heat , electric and window air and if you want cable/ internet plus the high rent you are paying about 1000.00 to 1200.00 amonth so be prepared. This does not include the application fees, rent and deposit. No wonder why more and more people are having to live at motels or there cars for prices more suitable to them. Sad what they say people can afford 😕.

I've lived here for a little over 6 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse. The neighbors let their kids run around and in front of cars, they are loud in the hallways, and trash is always piled up outside and not even in the trash can. There is litter usually all over the grounds. There was one incident where a drunk and Rowdy neighbor punched out another neighbor's car window and then bled over my car. The cops are probably here at least every other month. It says management is there Monday through Friday however through my experience I've only been able to get ahold of them through emergency contacting. I believe there is one manager for three Apartments?? I am not even sure what other apartments they manage. The electric bill somehow High even when not in use all the time. Nor

unavailible managment. unhygenic and loud tenants.
