Moving from here was the best thing I ever did. There was nothing but problems for the entire duration of my lease. Management is crooked as well as ownership. Living here truly deteriorated my mental health as it is the most poorly greedily managed organizations I’ve ever encountered, regardless of industry(I’m telling you, literal loan sharks have higher morale standards/integrity). Money is the only thing they care about even when it comes at the expense of their residents. Here are some of the annoying things I went through while living here: -Had to go to court with management as they refused to reimburse me when my heat was out for over a month in the coldest months of winter. When we arrived to court the manager claimed to know nothing about the case and the judge quickly rewarded

I lived at Northpointe Village for just under three years. In that time, I've had very few serious issues and those that could be rectified by the management were taken care of promptly. Deanna and Deysi in the front office have always been friendly and helpful, walking me through various processes and clearly explaining everything. The property is always clean and well-landscaped, which makes it a wonderful view to live in and come home to. I'm not originally from the desert and I need my green spaces!

I would give this complex zero stars if I could. I have been a resident here for a year and a half with multiple bad experiences. 1. Three of the buildings (mine included) didn't have any cooling for two of the hottest months of the year this year. Even with ceiling fans and opening windows, the units were over 100 degrees most days. When the issue was brought up to management, they offered absolutely nothing to help their residents. Maintenance had even come into my unit at one point and claimed "they couldn't stand to be in there it was so hot". 2. During this time period where there was no cooling in the units, the electricity breaker box outside of my building was opened and my electricity was turned off in my apartment multiple times. When I called maintenance and management, they a

EDIT: I lived in this apartment complex for nearly two years, and I can confidently say I would not recommend it to anyone considering making it their home. While I tried to be patient, my experience with management steadily declined to the point where I had no choice but to move out. I’m writing this review to share a more complete picture for future applicants so you can make an informed decision—and hopefully avoid the frustration I went through. 1. Poor Management & Maintenance Oversight From the start, maintenance was a challenge. When I first moved in, my bedroom door and laundry unit were already damaged, and it took four follow-up calls in a single week just to get someone to look at it. Later, I reported issues like a ceiling leak, a broken swamp cooler, and no hot water—and mana

Great apartments, But i don’t like how the noise complaint issue is being handled. I have complained multiple times since back in February of last year of noise complaints from tenants who are upstairs. They’re constantly stomping around, shouting and ever now and then we hear a loud bang as if someone tripped or dropped something. All we were told was record it as proof which I did, and send it in. Or I was told we’ll contact them tomorrow and remind them of the “quiet time” policy. Just renewed our lease and the noise still continues. I am starting to regret renewing my lease with this place.
