I have to give this property 1 star just on the strength of Carol being so nasty and unprofessional. You go in the rent office and it looks like she is sucking on lemons. Janice is pleasant and a ray of sunshine. However, The fact that I have to adjust my schedule to pay my rent on the weekends when Carol is not there is crazy. If you are investing in renovating the property...Why not hire staff that is not ornery and crotchety? All tenants should be treated with respect and dignity. Current tenant and Carol is extremely rude, Janice is the only somewhat civil one. Lisa the white lady just sits in the back office all day, and talks on the phone. They won’t give you any corporate information . Lisa tells me they work from home and she is not providing their personal information when if this is a real legitimate company it has to have a corporate work number. I have two kids under to and my ceiling fan was leaning to the side and they didn’t even come fix it, when I go to ask them if they cared if the fan fell on one of my kids would they even cared. Of course Lisa and carol responds with it was a mistake, PLEASE DO NOY WASTE YOUR MONEY LIVING HERE, it’s not worth it! Especially if you have a family, this is no place to raise children. This property is the absolute lowest of the low. I work in property management and I am absolutely appalled at how this property is ran by such uninterested staff, units covered in mold, water damage and roach infestations. Not to mention how maintenance is not capable of getting work orders completed. From busted mailbox doors, to washer machines broken and front doors going w/o proper safety precautions such as locking! This property needs to be either shut down or a clean sweep regarding staff, procedures and effectiveness.

It is infested with ROACHES even after being sprayed by the office choice of business!!! I'll be calling the health department ASAP
