I’ve lived here for a long time , I’ve seen so many positive changes . Maintenance takes care of any problems I have right away. The property is very manicured & the staff professionalism’s has been greatly appreciated. Rent Cafe is amazing I was here from the beginning when we had to walk in our payments. I really appreciate the convenience of doing recertifications on line . Keep up the amazing changes . Thank you Ms. Collins

I’ve been living on the property ever since April 2009 and thankfully I still have my tenancy and my lease as long as you keep up the apartment pay your Rent communicate with the front office and the property manager and be kind to your neighbors everything will be fine always communicate effectively whether it be through email or letter but I am so happy to have affordable housing for me and my special needs son thank you North pointe for working with me through all these years my only concern is the children, destroying property and people who have dogs and I love dogs need to pick up the poop because children do play on the grass and also I have requested for years for a special accommodation due to my mental health and my son‘s mental health I stay all the way in the back where it’s no

I moving in this apartment in 2013. And when I did it was very clean apartments. Now they got so many people that live up in here with dogs. They do not clean up behind there dogs And it's a lot of young people hanging out and visiting parking. And you wonder why that people don't come over here visits They make the community look bad. They need to do something about this community to make this a better place to live at that's why lot people is moving out of here

I have lived at Northpointe Apartment Homes 12+ years, and although with different managers new and sometimes unnecessary events occur, one thing is consistent. That one thing is that the tenants are constantly bombarded with requests to enter their apartments, and on a rare occasion not even with a 24-hour notice. It gets annoying and troublesome at times with several folks tracking in and out of your apartment, looking in every room, etc. However, the grounds are kept clean and there is security on call that do tend to keep problems at bay.

Management is HORRIBLE. Especially those young inexperience rude little girls that work in the front office. They screen their calls, when you do get a hold of them they have attitudes. The door is always lock, so if you can’t get them by phone or actually walk thru the door ,what do you do. They don’t relay messages to the right person.Careless. It’s sickening. I’ve lived here 10 years and management changes like I change my socks, and it gets worse with every change.
