Northpark Court Apartments

I have to say living at this complex has been super great. I didn’t even view the apartment before I moved in and I have to say I’m super happy with the design and layout. Any issues or concerns I have are taken care of immediately, Which is greatly appreciated. The rent is at a reasonable amount with all the amenities you get. I live on the second floor, so I don’t hear too much noise from my upstairs neighbor, which is a blessing. This is a great starter apartment It’s everything you need and in a decent area(which is a plus). If you are looking for a new apartment to call home, I would definitely give this place a shot!! :)

I have been living at NorthPark Court Apartments for3 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure that residents' needs are met. The apartments themselves are modern, well-maintained, and offer all the amenities one could ask for. From the spacious layouts to the updated appliances, everything about my apartment feels comfortable and convenient. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to Supermarkets, gas station, restaurants, schools, and the highway, etc.. It truly feels like a community here, and I have made some wonderful friends among my neighbors. Updated 04/16/24 : I’d say I got a really nice apartment for it being my first apartment maintenance is super kind and efficient at getting things done for me despite being understaff and my apartment is spacious and updated. I signed for another year the apartment has been very helpful with helping work through my financial situations and always are willing to work with me. I no longer have disruptions coming from upstairs so it’s super peaceful overall have had a good experience so far! And they’ve made wonderful updates during the year I have stayed with them.

Super spacious apartments with unique floor plans. First time having hardwood floors in my apartment and I will never look back! Overall this has been my favorite apartment I've lived in within North Kansas City. NorthPark Court Apartments is also under new ownership and they have completely turned this place around from the previous owners, truly amazing! Keep up the good work guys!

The experience I have had with Northpark Court Apartments has been terrible. I have put in several maintenance requests with no action or response for small things. Dishwasher, pests, things like that. Not the biggest deal, but it speaks to a larger problem. My apartment began leaking water in January of 2023. During a heavy windstorm on January 2, I came home from my second job that night to discover that my bed was completely soaked and holding a pool of water in the middle, and me with no renters insurance. Not the best incident, but the response to the incident is what really sets this off. I waited approximately 3 months for this leak to be fixed. Hardly any response from the administration, zero action besides sending out carpet cleaning and water reclamation over a month after the
