Northgate Meadows

My experience here has great so far! My application got approved smoothly, although there was a slight miscommunication with my apartment while moving in. The communication was great and everyone took care of me Big shout outs to Ms. April, Ms. Michaela (sweetheart) and the workers. I appreciate everyone’s hard work. Thank you for making my new place feel like home.

I'm SO disappointed in our time there. Between early 2023- Early 2025, we had nothing but problems. One after another, after another. When we first moved in, the neighbor above us clogged the toilet with baby wipes. It flooded into our space and the only thing that happened, was a member of maintenance spraying Clorox and moving on AFTER we had gone through roll after roll of paper towels and towels of our own. We had to throw away the shower curtain and rugs. That same neighbor would forget to turn off the sink or bathtub and cause more water to go into our apartment. After that occured, we got flooded out because of all the rain that came down. We had to spend some nights/days with bins under the roof to keep more water from coming in. They then show up afterwards, pulling up the carpet

Northgate Meadows is an OKAY apartment community. The apartments themselves are mediocre at best, they have some kinks to work out like the fact that the heat is landlord controlled, there are no thermostats in the apartments, but it could be worse, I guess...My problem is management and how they handle tenants who cause disturbances (spoiler: they do nothing but say they'll send emails). I have noisy neighbors above me and I've communicated to management that the noises continue all day everyday and still, nothing even after other tenants have also complained. Management does not take care of these buildings and tenant concerns like they should, some of these hallways even smell like animal urine. They could DEFINITELY do better smh. Think long and hard before moving here.

My toilet and hallway was leaking I mean going crazy. I called maintenance and he was there in 10 minutes on a Saturday. What he couldn't do he called reinforcement and everything was fixed in a couple hours. I'm grateful for the immediate response I got thanks so much.

He is a very nice person knows his job. Well, very professional. He gets the job done in a timely manner.
