It’s a great place compared to 10 years ago They’ve cleaned the place up really well and it’s actually nice and quiet over there

Property manager is rude and has an issue with women idk if its her own insecurities or that she is just a judgemental person. Her reason for not liking me was because i didnt look her in the eyes but coming from a past full of abuse thats not something i do very well. I stead of asking me why she bashed me to my roommate after she asked me to leave

There is too much activity going at this place. And it's not good activity. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. Especially if you have kids. They are nasty and beg infested. With insects and dope dealers.

We have no problems. We used to live in the condos however. Drugs are everywhere and makes places have a bad name. However they do what they can. Let me make this perfectly clear he does not own all of the condos back there if any. Someone had posted a picture of property not kept well and the picture wasnt even of his property the landlord of the property shown is owned by dan tracy. Jeff makes sure his property is taken care of every year with new mulch and everything. The lady in office is great and as long as u treat her with respect u get the same in return.

Took my deposit saying something would be ready in days. That was a week ago. I'll post when I actually get to move in as it's my family's only option rn. Also I agree with property manager being quite short and rude on phone.
