The management is good, they showed us around two times and although we were ready to apply for a lease their system they use for pricing gives the best price when moving within 2 weeks. Also the holding deposit is just valid for 2 weeks, so we were advised not to apply yet and wait until the moving date is at least 2 weeks away. It is stressful when someone has already given the 30 days notice to the previous renter but not be able to secure a lease 30 days before the moving date. Also the pricing is weird, the system gives you better pricing with 9 months lease periods, rather a longer term=better pricing. We liked the place is nice and they do not charge extra for parking but We ended up leasing somewhere else that had similar pricing but with washer and dryer that allowed us to apply

Our move-in could be better. We were just handed our keys, then sent on our merry way. We still lacked some important info and had to go back to the office to ask, like getting our Butterfly account set up or we wouldn't be able to enter the gates if we left. We were confused on where to pay rent or request maintenance. I tried looking on the resident portal but it only showed the lease and nothing else. The apartment was newly remodeled but it had some issues that the builders overlooked. The biggest issue was our water boiler not working. We had to make do with a cold shower at night which was not fun and go in person to ask for help the next day. At least the staff was very nice and quick to respond to our questions and requests. I had problems with my heater recently, i requested maintenance overnight and Daniel was real quick just came early In the morning to fix it up and running. The service was amazing. Saving me from cold winters night. Appreciate the support, was real quick and smooth. Daniel took time to explain me how this works and what to do when this stops and all the intake flow. Thank you

I moved in 8/27. It is 10/26 now and I have a rat/mice infestation. I pay $2,241/mo to live here. It's completely unacceptable. EDIT 11/4: As of 10/30 my supposedly brand new dishwasher has stopped working. Save yourself the trouble. Spend a little bit more and live somewhere nice. EDIT 11/9: Attaching a picture of my broken dishwasher, a video of rats chewing/scratching inside my heating unit, and water damage in my ceiling after the rain. EDIT 4/30: I was notified in the middle of the day 4/28 (the document is labeled 4/27, but was posted to my door 4/28) that I would be unable to use the parking spot that I pay for every month until an unknown date. Not a Safe or Healthy Environment I’ve been living at Northgate Savoy and have had a very frustrating experience. The residents in Apartment 167 smoke marijuana in the parking lot for hours every single day. The smell often drifts into nearby units, making it uncomfortable and unhealthy — especially for those with kids or health issues. I emailed the office three times about this issue, and they completely ignored me until my third attempt. Even after that, they refused to do anything about it, saying they have no responsibility since it’s “in a car.” But the car is parked inside the community lot, which is supposed to be smoke-free under local laws.
