Northern Village

As a visitor, not even a resident, did not experience a pleasant surrounding our environment. Apartments need upgrades and lots of work done. May have security but don't know how that is to benefit. Cars go fast over the speed limit. People out all hours of the day and night walking roaming wondering around aimlessly or into empty apartments that are not locked as they should be. When you go in a building you can even smell the moldy smell from the basement. Definitely needs a lot of improvement. I was going to visit the laundry room which wasn't able to put money on the card you have to have to use it to access it. Going in a building to go to the laundry room I went out and didn't go back I thought the building was going to fall in it was so bad it was so hot in there there was water pou

My apartment is falling apart and no one cares but wants my rent money when the apartment im living in is falling apart for years I have been dealing with this issue and no one cares!!

Had a mouse come up through our tub drain today. Like what!?! Complex has a serious rodent issues and that's just one big issue that they have. Update Easter 2025 : we currently do not have water... Water have been out. For 2 days now with no notice. Can't flush the toilet or anything. We had to go out and buy water to flush and wash... A dangone shame

This place should just be knocked to the ground and rebuilt . They never cleaned the vacancies the previous tenants had left , food , furniture , and everything else left behind. Which accumulate “mice” problems , expensive late fees , rent is almost $1200-$1300 ! $100 late fee their always worried about rent but never fixing the problem . I can’t wait until my sister move

Don’t let the name change, new management or 24 hour security fool you. These apartments are NOT totally renovated. New owners Need to tear down each building and start all over again. Don’t waste your time or energy here. I actually give them 0 stars.
