Northern Va Title & Escrow

This is the second or third time that I have used NVTE. Each time they have been professional and on time with information and willing to respond to my questions. No matter what I may ask. I would definitely recommend them as a small town title company in Louisa or spotsylvania county.

Sold property. Seller agreed to close in two weeks and chose NVTE to handle the transaction. It took 30 days to close. It has been four business days since closing and NVTE has not recorded deed and proceeds not released. Their title examiner couldn’t find the recording of my Mother’s will where I received the property. I sent NVTE copies of the recorded will. Then they asked me to prove that my father, grandmother and grandfather had died since they were in the chain of title. I provided fathers death certificate and Book and page for his recorded will. Also provided book and page for the grandparents will. I did the the examiners job for NVTE. I found the staff non-responsive. Regularly found what I was told was not correct.

The whole team is great! They do a wonderful job and communicate very well. Couldn't ask for better service for your settlement.

WORST PLACE TO EVER DEAL WITH. they are rude. Disrespectful. And simply don’t know how to do there job. Find a better company!
