when I received an email asking if we would consider leaving a review, I didn't hesitate to come set the record straight! Kristie has managed our property at Lake Anna for nearly 5 years now and she is truly always willing to go the extra mile for us. We once asked her to cover in advance a very large emergency expense for us while we were out of town, she didn't hesitate and she oversaw the whole process to make sure everything was handled correctly. She works hard to book our home and she keeps us informed on strategy, ideas etc. She knows what she's doing! Kristie takes care of every issue that arises and she does it all professionally and respectably. I don't know how she does it all but I am here to tell you, she does. Her team is hard working and I know she has put in so much effort

Kristie was so genuine, knowledgeable and professional to work with when I bought a house at Lake Anna last year and she's been just as much so in managing it ever since! Kristie is always responsive and handles everything for us, which is exactly what I hoped for. I am very pleased with how expertly she handles all aspects of our management and her team is clearly held to her standards. Regarding Lake Anna Property Management and Real estate, Kristie Cooke. Before listing a home with her for sale/rent or renting/buying a home please read our experience below: • Transient Occupancy Taxes filings were not completed and left unpaid for direct bookings. AirBnB and VRBO bookings were also under reported or not reported to county agencies. She is collecting the tax but not reporting or paying it. • Multiple weeks were accidentally blocked on our calendars including major revenue weeks like 4th of July. Kristie had no accountability and would delete the accidental bookings with no acknowledgement or discussion with the homeowner.
