Casey was incredibly thorough and meticulous. From the foundation up to the roof and from the attic down to the basement and septic. He took the time to explain everything he saw as well as possible ways to correct any faults. Casey's approach to an inspection is taken as if he is the buyer and he looks at everything. The Northern Trail report is very detailed and includes photos of the areas discussed. It will serve as my punch or to do list to get the place shaped up.
