CENTURY 21 Realty North - Grayling

I absolutely would NOT recommend century 21 from Grayling, MI. More specifically Johnny or Joie. They had no problem responding unprofessionally to emails and focusing on drama instead of submitting proper documents including extensions to the agreement. Communication with them was a nightmare. They did an awful job keeping their customers lender in the loop or the sellers agents in the loop. The original purchase agreement was set for June 9th. Because they dropped the ball and failed to get things submitted we made it to June 9th without closing. The agents didn't even file an extension for over a week after the original agreements and they are lucky they didn't cost their customer their EMD. They would go days without communicating when an appraisal was supposed to be ordered. They

Friendly and fast replies, showed me a place on Sunday! Outstanding listing, pictures matched what i saw. (Go figure) i would deal with them again. Great experience 👍

I've worked with multiple agents here and have had great luck with homes around Grayling.
