Northern Farms

My husband is in a process of getting a home in this community. Their lender suddenly increased the closing costs by 5000 after paying the 5000 commitment fee. The argument is that rates changed. Everything else remained the same but we are now supposed to add upto 5k to the initial closing cost. I feel like they are nice when you are intending to buy but once you commit things change. I wonder what else is going to change before we can move in. Am disappointed to say the least

BOUGHT A BRAND NEW HOUSE AND EXACTLY ONE YEAR AND ONE MONTH AFTER CLOSING MY A/C WENT OUT BECAUSE OF A “FAULTY COMPONENT” AND THE BUILDER WONT PAY TO FIX IT. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER BECAUSE THEY WILL SELL YOU A HOUSE WITH FAULTY COMPONENTS AND NOT PAY TO FIX WHEN THEY BREAK DOWN IF PAST THE ONE-YEAR MARK, REGARDLESS OF HOW CLOSE YOU WERE TO THAT “CUT OFF”
