Beware of construction defects. I represented a buyer here and upon inspection there were several defects discovered. Several doors out of plumb, kitchen cabinets not square, floor out of level over a half inch in the width of the front door, air vent returns not square with the framing, counters not polished, block wall columns not plumb, window sills not level, and more. Several items were out of ROC workmanship standards. The salesperson had the nerve to tell my buyer that I’m a difficult person and would hang up on a call if I was on the call and became difficult. This was after I sent an email asking they escalate the repairs before the buyer closes. Absolutely love the homes we're actually buying a Eager. Great location with plenty of things to do near by. Far enough away from the hussle and bustle financial hustle and bustle yet still close enough to get anything you need. They just opened the new Costco near by and a great selection of other stores and shops close by.

Cheap builder left the subdivision unfinished. Found loopholes to avoid putting functioning gates in. The roof on this half million dollar home lasted 12 years. The AC units were installed backwards the list goes on and on. I am going after justice but its not easy with latent defects. They know just how long the statues last and what they can get away with. . Better business Bureau shows a D plus but didnt help, The ROC is not an easy process and there are suspicions of insider dealings with some contractors. Con tr actors is the proper name for this bunch, but dont give up. Remember David and Goliath. The giant can be brought down.

They're not great homes for the price and they're decorated poorly with an overused perfume/cleaner smell. I would definitely say average home, nothing special. The gentleman working there was very polite and informative so at least that was nice

We picked out our stuff for upgrades on Sunday. It was great. I like that they tell you what is and is not included in detail and that they showed us all the options and gave prices for it. We looked up 23 builders, thousands of homes and we loved these elliot homes the best.
