I’ve been a resident here for over 4 years, and the difference with the new management team—led by the amazing Property Manager Ms. Tanya—has been night and day! She’s incredibly accommodating and supportive, jumping in to resolve any issues that come up with a smile and real solutions. The entire team is proactive about maintenance and keeping the property in top shape, from quick fixes to thoughtful upgrades that make daily life better. This level of care was sorely missing under the previous managers, who often let things slide. If you’re looking for a well-managed, resident-focused community, this is it. Highly recommend! Tanya at Northcliffe Forest Apartments has been amazing to work with. She was super friendly, professional, and always quick to answer questions or help out. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and you can tell they really care about us. I loved connecting with her through the process because she made the whole thing feel welcoming and like I was family. Couldn’t ask for a better experience to be honest.

Whitney and Tonya were amazing when I was struggling to get my things together on move in date. They stayed open a little later just to help and make sure I had everything I needed. It’s a beautiful apartment and a wonderful complex and I can’t wait to live here for a while.

0/10 Would NOT Recommend – Awful Experience at Northcliffe Forest Apartments Living at Northcliffe Forest Apartments was by far one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. I lived in Unit 1206 for less than a year, moving in during the fall of 2023. Initially, things seemed decent, mainly because I didn’t need to use the air conditioning during the cooler months. But everything went downhill once the summer heat rolled in. By May 2024, I discovered that the air conditioning didn’t work at all. From May through September—until I moved out—I was stuck in an apartment that stayed around 80 degrees or hotter. I have a dog, and it was heartbreaking and stressful to have both of us suffer through the heat day and night. My electric bill went higher because I had to buy fans that didnt help
