Northbrook Apartments

No regular maintenance preformed in units, but rent is raised every year. More than half of amenities either do not work or are in some way broken. Appliances are outdated yet Sealy still charges on the high end of market value. Corporate slum lords

I use to love it here. They now have people in the office with no customer service experience and not together when it comes to providing information. Maintenance is terrible! I’ve had a maintenance request in for almost a month no and still no follow up. I miss the days when there was friendlier staff in office like Mrs. Stephanie! Please stay away from here until better staff is in office

Absolutely would NOT recommend this apartment complex. Update: we’ve been trying to get out of this lease since we’ve found a subleaser for the past 3 weeks she’s waited for an approval. Once they get you in a lease, don’t believe the front desk girl that vapes at her desk although it’s not permitted for tenants 🙄 that they can approve you to terminate the lease with 90 days notice. That’s not true. Still waiting for Lee Barlow or Pam Brooks (Sealy property managers) to approve her to take over the lease. I will not be modifying this in any higher light or deleting until they actually respond after 3 weeks of attempts. Absolutely fantastic experience!!! They answered all my questions from before I had decided on the complex all the way through move-in. Michael was the most helpful and knowledgeable, but Anna helped a lot as well. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The move-in process was extremely easy. There were quite a few tiny issues with the apartment I moved into due to busy season, but they had maintenance people out to fix things only an hour after I turned in the check sheet and reported the issues. Just wow!! Like I said, only minor issues with the apartment and it was in great condition overall. Amenities are wonderful. Only point of improvement is the gym. Two machines are out of order and some need to be recovered, but if that’s the only issue, this is a wonderful place to live!

I have lived here over ten years, I recently had a several lissues in my area and t contacted the manager Chrystal. A person could not have understood and helped deal with the situation more perfectly than she did. Thank you to her!
