Mike Busbice was great on our recent home inspection! My buyers needed to secure a home inspection quickly (right after a holiday) and he came through. He tested everything and used thermal to identify heat and water concerns. His inspection report was nicely put together & consumer friendly. It very clearly showed & explained the areas of concern. I appreciated Mike taking the time with me the realtor to show me what he found. I then knew exactly what needed to be addressed and was able to remedy all concerns for my clients. Thank you Mike!

Inspector was great, he was quick to respond and flexible with going over everything in the house. Inspection was set up and done within two days. Mike was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He showed us the parts of the house that need to be fixed as well as all the parts that were solid. He also comes highly recommended from our realtor. Great guy definitely recommend for your home inspection.
