Do not live here. You will live with cockroaches, drug dealers, gun violence, and no support. You are charged every month for pest control they do not spray. They will mark the maintenance as complete and never complete it. I had a camera in my unit, I know for a fact they never came. You will have over a $100 in trash fees and unexplained charges. When you ask about the charges the staff is extremely rude. We once went 7 days without hot water because they didn't pay the bill. The maintenance man Jovany was a creep and wouldn't give my key back to the front office. The mailbox doors are ripped off so your mail will go missing. The photos are of the unit I was supposed to move into- they didn't fix anything. You will also pay for amenities, look at the gym photo's, that's what you're payin

I can say for me that I enjoy my place of residence. Nothing in life will be perfect, but dammit take your WINS. Madison does a great job at expediting any/all requests. I am always greeted with a smile and GRAND courtesy....F.Y.I...pay your rent on time, follow the property guidelines and everything else will fall in line. Awwready 🤜🏿 🎯 🤛🏿

Do yourself a favor do not rent here. You will find yourself in a miserable situation. Over and over again, the front office does not respond to any concerns or complaints, and they'll take their time on fixing anything. Maintenance will blame everything on the front office and and we'll use the phrase they're waiting on the part to come in, or it's been ordering. Whatever time you pull into the apartment complex after long day of work, you'll see them. Just riding around the apartment complex and their Golf cart. Doing absolutely nothing

Literally was supposed to move in January 28th and had the audacity to push my move in date week after week. Leaving me damn near homeless waiting to move in! Basically forced me to switch the unit that was more expensive and still had to wait 2 more weeks for fix a damn ripped carpet!!? I ended up applying to another apartment that took 4 days to get me approved and moved in the following week. They called me and told me I can move in 02/27/026. A whole month later is ridiculous after I have been put through financial burden and stress!! Girl gonna have the nerve to call me and ask me why I decided not to move in….ummm miss mamas yall played in my face !!!! I was living in a hotel waiting for yall!!I will disrespectfully passed! Thanks but NO THANKS MADISON, VIVIAN AND JASMINE.

I went into the office and was sitting waiting patiently and Desiree came out of her office and attended me. She greeted me with great customer service. She was available to provide me with more than enough information in adequate time. Thank you Desiree for your outstanding kindness and well being on making sure all my questions were answered.
