Don't move here they keep deleting my review. These apartments Sat vacant for years and all they did was put some paint and new carpets down. All season long there are rats mice and ants. They give you traps they bought from Walmart and leave them where your children can get into them.my basement has had sitting water since I moved in five yrs ago I've called the NET multiple times and they never fix anything. I'm moving in a month and the lady from the office said she isn't fixing it because of that. Wouldn't you want to fix the problem for the next tenants. They only care about money that doesn't benefit the property at all. I have mold throughout my place in the windows in the bathrooms in the basement in the toilets on the bathroom ceiling we have gotten mold toxicity tests and now the

My car and THREE others were broken into AGAIN last night. There are NO CAMERAS in this clearly CRIME INFESTED area. Please see the previous review from Courtney Prince. I do not feel safe living here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THIS PROPERTY FEEDS THEIR RESIDENTS TO CRIMINALS. UPDATE: Their resolution was to have a cop sit in the parking lot instead of simply getting cameras. I HAVE NOT SEEN A SINGLE POLICE CAR IN THE PARKING LOT, DAY OR NIGHT. This review prompted this property to not renew my lease for holding them accountable by posting this review. My rent is paid on time and I have no contact with their incompetent staff. I’m insulted that they believe I’d want to stay in this place.

Do not move here. My car and multiple others have been broken into. This irresponsible property does not have cameras in their parking lot, after numerous break ins and stolen packages. Lots of units infested with bugs and the property will give you their butt to kiss. Slack and irresponsible. Do not move here. Edit: According to the property manager there are only cameras surrounding the leasing office. So they can ensure the safety of their staff but not the safety of the residents who PAY to live here.

Lived here for 2 years and had not one so single problem. When we moved in they put a new tub in for us with no issues. Samantha is always probably the best property manager I've had. Very responsive, respectful and understanding. When we left the unit and did our move out inspection, it was a breeze. We did our part as tenants and kept the place clean to the best of our abilities and apon leaving received almost our entire security deposit back which is almost unheard of in the rental community. There was no small nick picking or any of that. Great work Glendale and team at Northshore!

YOU DONT WANT TO LIVE HERE Now to be fair, I didn't have high expectations moving here but I didn't realize how low the bar could go. BEWARE there is a serious rat problem and management isn't doing anything about it. Neighbors absolutely suck. For example. Our neighbors refuse to parent their children and as such, their children are constantly banging on the walls, so hard that my picture frames fell off the walls and shattered. They also threw a party where the children were left unattended (next to a busy road) and were banging on our glass door the whole night. Their kid was banging on the railing at 10:30pm for a solid 5-10 minutes, waking us up. When confronting them about it, they made it seem like it's our problem and "kids will kids". It hasn't gotten better, if not, worse. "Y
