If it was zero stars I would give it that. I been unhappy since I moved here. No maintenance. Inside and outside of the building is trifling. I can’t never get anybody to fix anything. Leasing office people don’t care about anything they just want your rent money. Nothing in my apartment works. I really wish I could get out this lease and take my money else where

Lived here 1yr moved into another apartment for the next 4yrs & the whole time no HEAT rec'd a non renewal letter from management with misspelled words..they have to do better no up keep of property gates broken abandoned cars trash everywhere wild animals don't respond to work orders in a timely manner unprofessional every tenet have something in common & say just about the same thing..think carefully before moving in..

Needs still have not been address. I’ve been without air for over a month, my child and I are both asthmatics and no one have called and checked on us or anything, still no update

I've been reaching out to discuss my deposit return. I left the unit on 5/31/24 and have been checking in periodically via phone and email in regards to the return of the deposit. It has been more than 30 days and by law the return of my deposit should have been resolved. If I would have left with a balance then I'm sure I would be taken to court but now that I'm owed a refund it's been challenging trying to obtain my deposit. I was informed by management that I had no balance however I have yet to receive my deposit.

I’ve been here a few years a the experience has been peaceful overall. My only complaint is the maintenance department. They take forever to fix anything. I’ve had the same problems for a year now. They dnt follow up or through with request until they feel like it. Other than that, I like it
