North Rim Apartments

Aside from looking rather old on the outside and the stained carpets on the inside. Needs a bit of touching up, lots of little things are broken here and there. Outside needs a good cleaning. But beyond that, the trees and grass make for a peaceful place to live. Enjoy having one of the few living places on campus with a dishwasher. Sharing a bedroom is worth it to live in this area and save $500 a semester over the apartment style dorms. Will definitely choose to live here again. @GCU, please don't knock this place down, it gives campus character.

The hospitality here is amazing! Great weather with lots to do.
