North Queensview Management Office

I've been living here for almost a year and I like the community very much. Although I've previously only lived in luxury high rises, this community serves people who want to start a family, save up, and live modestly. Amazon packages always get delivered properly, which is a must for me. Property personnel is very diligent in keeping the community safe and clean as well. Although it's next to a big project (Ravenswood) but as long as you don't go wandering out at night you'll be fine. In terms of location, there's 3 24 hour supermarkets nearby, 2 pharmacies (Rite Aid & Walgreens), and also a Chase bank. Before you move in, understand the terms and conditions to live here--which is the person who purchased the apartment is the main shareholder, and no other person can be added as co-own

I was so happy to move out of this property. The property manager Chris is incompetent, he doesn’t knows what he is doing and he gives all of his work to the assist property manager. Who should be the manager because she does most or all of the work. He is lazy. All he cares about is getting a free check because he never actually does the work. He needs to be replaced immediately and the assistant property manager needs to be the property manager because she is smart, effective and innovative and works well with the cooperators.

My husband and I have been living at NQV for six years, this summer. It is absolutely an oasis in the middle of a bustling borough. Once you arrive home to the property you’re greeted by the sounds of birds in the trees, children’s voices in the playground and neighbors casually strolling the grounds and chatting with each. It is a great community for younger families as well as retired residents. There are lots of community programs to become involved in and it’s an absolutely wonderful place to raise kids. Close to Manhattan, surrounded by parks and museums and in a diverse and culturally rich area of New York.

Edit: My review somehow got put for North Queensview. This was for Queensview only. The Super is friendly and easy-going but the management office is careless, slow and not responsive to emergencies. Some security guards are nice while others are like a ticking-time bomb when you ask them a few questions.

The management office is completely unprofessional, the female property manager is beyond disrespectful. She should be fired due to her unprofessional behavior towards tenants.
