I’ve had such a positive experience living here, and a huge part of that is due to the new property manager (Alfredo). From day one, he has been incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. Communication has improved tremendously, concerns are handled quickly, and you can really tell he cares about both the residents and the community as a whole. The new leasing staff deserves just as much praise. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I love it here. In my opinion its very affordable, considering that the base rent includes an in unit washer and dryer, wifi, a gym, a pool, playground, and nice events you can attend. (Today we went to see Santa!) 🎅 Also, you can rent the lounge area for parties, I had my baby shower here. I haven't had to call maintenance yet because the place is like new. Daniel gave us the tour, he is very attentive with the calls, very helpful and personable. The office staff and Alfredo (property manager) are very professional, kind and stylish.(:

I’ve lived at Northplace Apartments since OCT 2023. I have loved living here more than any other place! It is extremely clean and the amenities are top notch and can’t be found elsewhere in Salem. To top it off, I have a parking spot and a garage to park my car as well! The gym here is top of the line. The staff has always been super helpful and very kind. They have a new property manager and I met him today and he took the time to introduce himself and got to know me. I really love living here and there is no better place to get to know such a great community! Highly recommend!

I've lived at northplace apartments since 2021, and the workers and managers have always been so humble and respectful. Alfredo introduced himself when I walked into the office, and he was very polite, helpful and respectful. Giselc and Daniel are always so helpful and always on top of everything. The maintenance crew is amazing always glade to help and assist to fix even the smallest thing and always polite and respectful. The property is always maintained and looking good. This is the place to live. Living here for four years and the great experiences you can ask for a better place to live.

I want to take a moment to recognize the new manager and office staff at Northplace Apartment Homes. The change has been noticeable and genuinely appreciated. While staff turnover has been a challenge during my time living here, I finally feel hopeful about the direction things are going. After a very tumultuous and stressful last couple of months, their responsiveness, professionalism, and care made a meaningful difference for me. For the first time in a while, I felt heard, supported, and safe while living here. The team followed through, communicated clearly, and took my concerns seriously, which helped restore a sense of security in my home.
